1 year 2 month progress

Sometimes I can't believe how far I've come, but I am *always* proud of the progress I've made. I honestly couldn't tell you what I weighed then, nor now. What has mattered to me this whole journey is how I have felt, and today I feel strong, healthy, and happy.

Don't give up on your fitness goals! In the beginning, it was SO HARD for me to get into the habit of consistently working out. I dreaded my workouts, but pushed myself: "You can commit 30 minutes to yourself Chelsey, just get it done" (honestly I had to give myself this talk almost daily).

Show up for yourself every day that you can! Nowadays, if I don't get a workout in, I feel totally off. I can't express how much I look forward to my workouts now.

I just have to give a huge THANK YOU to the FitnessBlender team for all they've helped me achieve thus far! I'm in the best health of my life!
